What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, PayPal, as well as debit cards issued by United States banks. If you use a foreign-issued credit card and ship to a U.S. address, be aware that your order may be delayed since we contact your card’s issuing bank to verify account information. This process will affect order delivery time even if you choose expedited shipping. We cannot accept cash, checks or money orders. We cannot accept mail orders.

Do you charge sales tax on orders?

As of January 1, 2015 we have sales tax nexus in all states and are required to collect sales tax nationwide where applicable. The sales tax for a purchase is based upon the zip code where the merchandise is shipped.

When should I expect delivery?

Once your order has shipped, we will email tracking information to the email address on your order. You can click the tracking link in your email as often as you wish for real-time shipment updates.

  • Standard Delivery: 5 to 7 business days.
  • 2nd Day : Second business day.
  • Next Day : Next business day (PM).

*You must place your order by 11:00 AM Central time Monday through Friday to receive your shipment by the second business day or next business day (PM). We do not deliver for on Saturdays, Sundays or on national and federal holidays. ships Monday through Friday only (excluding national and federal holidays) to addresses in the U.S. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

We ship only to U.S. addresses at this time, including Alaska and Hawaii.

May I cancel my order?

Once your order is in our system, we are unable to cancel it.

Why was my order cancelled?

We randomly and routinely contact our customers to verify order information in an effort to maintain high security standards for the protection of our customers. If your order needed an audit review we may call to verify information. If we are unable to reach you within 48 hours the order will be cancelled. On rare occasions, orders may be cancelled due to the fact that an item has sold out before order fulfillment. Should this occur, you will receive an email from our Customer Service department to inform you that your order was cancelled.

How do I return my order(s)?

You may return your unworn shoes within 30 days for a refund. offers free returns for U.S. customers. To request a postage-paid return label and packing slip, please click here

Please note: Item(s) must be returned in the original brand box (packaging). does not offer exchanges. You will only receive a refund for the returned items. If a new item or size is desired, we recommend placing a new order at your convenience.

Once you have re-packaged your order in its original packaging, place your packing slip inside the box and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box. Each individual package should have a unique tracking label. Do not copy labels and place them on different boxes.

How long will the return process take?

Most returns are processed within 10 business days from the date we receive your item. Depending upon your card’s issuer, it may take up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit or debit card statement.
