What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, as well as debit cards issued by United States banks. If you use a foreign-issued credit card and ship to a U.S. address, be aware that your order may be delayed since we contact your card’s issuing bank to verify account information. This process will affect order delivery time even if you choose expedited shipping. We cannot accept cash, checks or money orders. We cannot accept mail orders.

How much do you charge for shipping? offers FREE SHIPPING for orders over $150 within the continental U.S. Orders of $149.99 or less will be shipped standard ground shipping at a flat rate of $10 plus $2 for each additional item on all orders within the continental U.S.

Do you charge sales tax on orders?

The sales tax for a purchase is based upon the zip code where the merchandise is shipped.

When should I expect delivery?

Standard shipping will arrive in 5-7 business days. ships Monday through Friday, excluding national and federal holidays, to addresses in the continental U.S. We cannot deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

Do you offer expedited shipping? does not offer expedited shipping.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

We ship only to U.S. addresses at this time, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

May I cancel my order?

Once your order is in our system, we are unable to cancel it.

Why was my order cancelled?

We randomly and routinely contact our customers to verify order information in an effort to maintain high security standards for the protection of our customers. If your order needed an audit review we may call to verify information. If we are unable to reach you within 48 hours the order will be cancelled. On rare occasions, orders may be cancelled due to the fact that an item has sold out before order fulfillment. Should this occur, you will receive an email from our Customer Service department to inform you that your order was cancelled.

How do I return my order(s)?

An order summary will be mailed to your billing address separately from your order. This order summary will include a pre-addressed shipping label. You may also request a return shipping label by mail by calling toll free at 888-246-1380.

If you need to make a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Re-package your order and place the return information inside the box. The return form is located at the bottom of the return shipping label. Click here for a printable version of the return shipping label.
  2. Write your order number, available in the My Account section of, on the return shipping label. Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We recommend that you insure your return or send it in a traceable method. is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse.
  3. Return your package through the carrier of your choice. Please note: Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise.

How long will the return process take?

Most returns are processed within 10 business days from the date we receive your item. Depending upon your card’s issuer, it may take up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit or debit card statement.
