How do I find a particular style?

Search by Category
Begin by clicking the Via Spiga logo at the top of the home page. Choose a collection, then choose your desired category: women’s shoes, men’s shoes, outerwear, handbags or accessories. You may then narrow by style.

Search by Name or Keyword
If you know the style name of your item or a keyword, use the Search box at the top of the page.

Do you price match?
ViaSpiga.com does not price match.

Do you accept back orders?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer back orders.

Can I be contacted when a certain size, color or style is available?
At this time, we are unable to contact customers when styles become available.

Do you have a catalog?
ViaSpiga.com is strictly an online retailer and does not publish a catalog.

Shipping Policy and Returns

How do I return my order(s)?
An order summary will be mailed to your billing address separately from your order. This order summary will include a pre-addressed shipping label. You may also request a return shipping label by mail by calling toll free at 888-246-1380.

If you need to make a return, please follow these steps:
1. Re-package your order and place the return information inside the box. The return form is located at the bottom of the return shipping label. Click here for a printable version of the return shipping label.
2. Write your order number, available in the My Account section of ViaSpiga.com, on the return shipping label. Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We recommend that you insure your return or send it in a traceable method. ViaSpiga.com is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse.
3. Return your package through the carrier of your choice. Please note: Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise.

Did you receive a gift from ViaSpiga.com and need to return it?
Please follow the instructions above to return your order.

How do I make an exchange?
ViaSpiga.com is unable to make exchanges. If you desire another style or color, we invite you to revisit ViaSpiga.com to make a purchase.

How much do you charge for shipping?
ViaSpiga.com offers $10 flat-rate standard ground shipping plus $2 each additional item on all orders within the continental U.S.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
ViaSpiga.com does not offer expedited shipping.

When should I expect delivery?
Standard shipping will arrive in 5-7 business days.

ViaSpiga.com ships Monday through Friday, excluding national and federal holidays, to addresses in the continental U.S. We cannot deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

May I cancel my order?
Once your order is in our system, we are unable to cancel it.

How long will the return process take?
Most returns are processed within 5 business days once we receive your item. Depending upon your card’s issuer, it may take up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit or debit card statement.

We'll keep you in the know with a confirmation email when your return has been processed.

Do you ship to addresses outside the U.S.?
We ship only to U.S. addresses at this time, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Ordering and Payment

Do you charge sales tax on orders?
The sales tax for a purchase is based upon the zip code where the merchandise is shipped.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, as well as debit cards issued by United States banks. If you use a foreign-issued credit card and ship to a U.S. address, be aware that your order may be delayed since we contact your card’s issuing bank to verify account information. This process will affect order delivery time even if you choose expedited shipping. We cannot accept cash, checks or money orders. We cannot accept mail orders.

Is it safe to shop with my credit or debit card on ViaSpiga.com?
We take security very seriously. ViaSpiga.com is a VeriSign Secure Site: the transit of all credit and debit card information is encrypted using SSL technology.

What is a Card Verification Number?
A Card Verification Number is a 3 or 4 digit number that you will find in the signature area on the back of your credit card or on the front of your American Express card. We will always ask for your Card Verification Number when purchasing from our site to ensure that the true cardholder is placing the order. This is just another one of the many practices we use to protect our customers from credit card fraud.

Why was my order cancelled?
We randomly and routinely contact our customers to verify order information in an effort to maintain high security standards for the protection of our customers. If your order needed an audit review we may call to verify information. If we are unable to reach you within 48 hours the order will be cancelled.

On rare occasions, orders may be cancelled due to the fact that an item has sold out before order fulfillment. Should this occur, you will receive an email from our Customer Service department to inform you that your order was cancelled.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
We ship only to U.S. addresses at this time, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Gift Orders

May I send ViaSpiga.com products as gifts?
To send a gift, add the item(s) to your cart and checkout. On the Order Summary page, click the “This is a gift” box.

ViaSpiga.com will let you enter a message to the recipient, which will appear on the gift receipt along with your purchase.

Do you offer gift-wrapping services?
We are unable to offer gift-wrapping for purchases.

May I send one order to separate addresses?
ViaSpiga.com cannot split orders for shipment to multiple addresses at this time.

May I provide a personal gift message?
You may provide gift messages for recipients. Gift messages must be 100 characters or less.

May I change my gift message after submitting my order?
Once you submit your order, we are unable to edit your personal gift message.

Can a gift be returned or exchanged?
The recipient may return his or her item(s) using our return process. To return a gift, please see the “How do I return my order(s)?” section above. ViaSpiga.com is unable to make exchanges. If the gift recipient desires another style or color, we invite them to revisit ViaSpiga.com to make a purchase.
