Shipping Policy and Returns
How do I return my order(s)?
Your order summary will arrive with your order. This order summary will include a pre-addressed shipping label. You may also request a return shipping label by mail by calling toll free at 888-246-1380.
If you need to make a return, please follow these steps:
1. Within 60 days, re-package your unworn order and place the return information inside the box. The return form is located at the bottom of the return shipping label. Click here for a printable version of the return shipping label. Item(s) must be returned in the original brand box (packaging).
2. Write your order number, available in the My Account section of ViaSpiga.com, on the return shipping label. Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We recommend that you insure your return or send it in a traceable method. ViaSpiga.com is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse.
3. Return your package through the carrier of your choice. Please note: Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise.

How do I make an exchange?
ViaSpiga.com is unable to make exchanges. If you desire another style or color, we invite you to revisit ViaSpiga.com to make a purchase.
How much do you charge for shipping?
ViaSpiga.com offers FREE SHIPPING for orders over $150 within the continental U.S. Orders of $149.99 or less will be shipped standard ground shipping at a flat rate of $10 plus $2 for each additional item on all orders within the continental U.S.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
ViaSpiga.com does not offer expedited shipping.
When should I expect delivery?
Standard Ground shipping will arrive in 5 to 7 business days.
We do not deliver for ViaSpiga.com on Saturdays, Sundays or on national and federal holidays.
Monday through Friday, excluding national and federal holidays, to addresses in the continental U.S. We cannot deliver
to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
May I cancel my order? Once your order is in our system, we are unable to cancel it.
How long will the return process take?
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns.
Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation.
Depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post.
Do you ship to addresses outside the U.S.? We ship only to U.S. addresses at this time, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
