How do I return my order(s)?
You may return your unworn shoes within 60 days for a refund. ViaSpiga.com offers free returns for U.S. customers. To request a postage-paid return label and packing slip, please click here.
Please note: Item(s) must be returned in the original brand box (packaging). ViaSpiga.com does not offer exchanges. You will only receive a refund for the returned items. If a new item or size is desired, we recommend placing a new order at your convenience.
Once you have re-packaged your order in its original packaging, place your packing slip inside the box and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box. Each individual package should have a unique tracking label. Do not copy labels and place them on different boxes.
How do I make an exchange?
ViaSpiga.com is unable to make exchanges. If you desire another style or color, we invite you to revisit ViaSpiga.com to make a purchase.
How much do you charge for shipping?
ViaSpiga.com offers FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders within the continental U.S.

Ground shipping is FREE on all orders within the continental U.S. Your order may arrive in multiple packages. Standard ground shipping is usually delivered in 5 to 7 business days from processing.
Delivery occurs in 2 to 3 business days after processing, pending availability and credit card verification. Your order may arrive in multiple packages.
Arrives next day if order is placed by 12 PM EST.
Expedited Shipment processing times:
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 12 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
Order placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
ViaSpiga.com ships Monday through Friday, excluding national and federal holidays.
May I cancel my order?
Once your order is in our system, we are unable to cancel it.
How long will the return process take?
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
- The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns.
- Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation.
- Depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post.
Do you ship to addresses outside the U.S.?
We ship only to U.S. addresses at this time. Apologies, but we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or to military APO/FPO addresses.
