Do you charge sales tax on orders?
The sales tax for a purchase is based upon the zip code where the merchandise is shipped.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, as well as debit cards issued by United States banks.
If you use a foreign-issued credit card and ship to a U.S. address, be aware that your order may be delayed
since we contact your card’s issuing bank to verify account information. This process will affect order delivery time even if you choose expedited shipping.
We cannot accept cash, checks or money orders. We cannot accept mail orders.
Is it safe to shop with my credit or debit card on ViaSpiga.com?
We take security very seriously. ViaSpiga.com is a VeriSign Secure Site: the transit of all credit and debit card information is encrypted using SSL technology.
What is a Card Verification Number?
A Card Verification Number is a 3 or 4 digit number that you will find in the signature area on the back of your
credit card or on the front of your American Express card. We will always ask for your Card Verification Number
when purchasing from our site to ensure that the true cardholder is placing the order. This is just another one of
the many practices we use to protect our customers from credit card fraud.
Why was my order cancelled?
We randomly and routinely contact our customers to verify order information in an effort to maintain high security
standards for the protection of our customers. If your order needed an audit review we may call to verify information. If we are unable to reach you within 48 hours the order will be cancelled.
On rare occasions, orders may be cancelled due to the fact that an item has sold out before order fulfillment.
Should this occur, you will receive an email from our Customer Service department to inform you that your order was cancelled.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
We ship only to U.S. addresses at this time, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
May I send ViaSpiga.com products as gifts?
To send a gift, add the item(s) to your cart and checkout. On the Order Summary page, click the “This is a gift” box.
ViaSpiga.com will let you enter a message to the recipient, which will appear on the gift receipt along with your purchase.
Do you offer gift-wrapping services?
We are unable to offer gift-wrapping for purchases.
May I send one order to separate addresses?
ViaSpiga.com cannot split orders for shipment to multiple addresses at this time.
May I provide a personal gift message?
You may provide gift messages for recipients. Gift messages must be 100 characters or less.
May I change my gift message after submitting my order?
Once you submit your order, we are unable to edit your personal gift message.
Can a gift be returned or exchanged?
The recipient may return his or her item(s) using our return process. To return a gift, please see the “How do I return my order(s)?” section above.
ViaSpiga.com is unable to make exchanges. If the gift recipient desires another style or color, we invite them to revisit ViaSpiga.com to make a purchase.
